Shredded?Tabebuia impetiginosa?bark
Usage:
Teabags:?Infuse1 teabag in freshly boiled water. Leave for a minimum of 5 minutes. Drink and enjoy.
Loose Tea:?Put 2 heaped teaspoons of shredded bark into a saucepan with 2 cups of cold water. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 5-10 minutes. Strain and serve.
