Who?s it for?
Diarrhoea: 1 to 4 capsules depending on severity. May be increased up to 6 capsules per day.
IBS-D (diarrhoea): 1 capsule, twice a day.
IBD: 1 capsule, three times a day.
Candida overgrowth: gradually build up to 6 capsules a day (take separately from anti-fungals).
Clostridium difficile: 2 capsules, twice a day during treatment. Maintenance: 1 capsule, twice a day.
Children (diarrhoea): 1 capsule per day – may be increased up to 3 capsules.

How does it work?
S. boulardii has a ?sticky? outer membrane which attaches to harmful bacteria such as E. coli and helps to remove them from the body.
This strain crowds out harmful yeasts such as Candida albicans as well as producing natural anti fungals; capric, caprylic and caproic acids.
