Each 3 capsules typically contains:

Other ingredients: Ascorbyl palmitate, Gelatin (bovine, derived from cows), Glycerin, Lecithin (soy), Lime flavouring, Tocopherol-rich extracts, Extract of rosemary, Alpha-tocopherol
Dosage
3 capsules one to three times daily with meals, or as directed.
To be taken daily as part of your supplement regime, some people may prefer to take with a little food.
