What does black cohosh do for your body?
More than two centuries ago, Native Americans discovered that the root of the black cohosh plant (Actaea racemosa, formerly known as Cimicifuga racemosa) helped relieve menstrual cramps and menopausal symptoms, such as hot flashes, irritability, mood swings, and sleep disturbances.
Ingredients:
Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) Root Extract (standardized for 1 mg triterpene glycosides as 27-deoxyactein) (** equivalent to 100 mg of Black Cohosh Herb), Vegetable Glycerin, Purified Water
Directions:
As a dietary supplement take 1/2-1 mL (approx. 14-28 drops) 2 times a day in a small amount of water.
